Are the bikes inspected before shipping?
Absolutely. Every single bike listed on Indigo Bike goes through a thorough inspection before it's shipped to you. We're riders ourselves, and we wouldn't send out anything we wouldn't be happy to ride.
What our inspection covers:
Frame & fork — checked for cracks, dents, scratches, and structural integrity
Drivetrain — gears, chain, cassette, and crankset tested for smooth and accurate shifting
Brakes — pads, rotors, cables, and hydraulic lines inspected for proper stopping power
Wheels — checked for trueness, spoke tension, hub condition, and tire wear
Cockpit — handlebars, stem, and seatpost checked for tightness and condition
Suspension — fork and rear shock (where applicable) tested for correct function and any leaks
Components — all bolts torqued, quick releases secured, and accessories verified
Honest condition grading:
We describe every bike exactly as it is. If there's a scratch, a scuff, or any sign of wear, we'll tell you upfront — with photos. No surprises when the box arrives.
What if something was missed?
In the unlikely event that your bike arrives with an issue that wasn't disclosed, contact us immediately at contact@indigobike.com or +1 (442) 268-1672. We'll work quickly to make it right — whether that's a replacement part, a partial refund, or a full return under our 30-day return policy.
Your confidence in us matters. We inspect every bike because our reputation depends on it.
What about returns?
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your bike.
How to initiate a return:
Simply reach out to us within 30 days of delivery at contact@indigobike.com or call us at +1 (442) 268-1672 and let us know you'd like to return your bike. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange everything on our end.
Return shipping:
We've got you covered — return shipping is on us. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label and all the instructions you need to pack and send the bike back safely.
Condition of returned bikes:
Returned bikes must be in the same condition as received — unridden, unmodified, and with all original components intact. We kindly ask that you use the original packaging or equivalent protective boxing to avoid damage in transit.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned bike, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
A few things to note:
Returns requested after the 30-day window unfortunately cannot be accepted
Any bike that has been ridden, modified, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for a full refund
If your bike arrived damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately — we'll make it right as a priority
How do you ship bikes?
We ship all bikes through our trusted private shipping partner, BikeFlights, a dedicated bicycle logistics service we've chosen for their reliability, care, and experience handling high-value bikes.
Every bike is professionally packed before it leaves us — fully disassembled where needed, foam-padded, and secured in a purpose-built bike box to make sure it arrives exactly as described.
Delivery timeframes:
🇺🇸 US orders: 14 to 20 business days
🌍 International orders: 20 to 30 business days
Timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing for international shipments. Once your bike ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Is my bike safe during transit?
Absolutely. We take shipping seriously because we know how much your bike matters. Every shipment is handled with care from our end to yours — properly boxed, insured, and tracked throughout the entire journey. We've shipped bikes domestically and internationally and stand behind every delivery.
